Paul Hooper-Kelly

I've had a life-long interest in good food and its power to alleviate -- and even heal -- many ailments.
There's nothing new in that: Hippocrates, the father of medicine said: "Let food be thy medicine". It's a bit of an irony that, whilst doctors still take the "Hippocratic Oath" upon qualifying, Hippocrates basic philosophy has largely fallen by the wayside.

But, now more and more people are getting more interested in the quality of their food and how it's grown, I'm making my knowledge available in a series of reports.

Want proof that good food does you good? Well (at the risk of sounding like a lonely heart's advert), I'm a hale and hearty 67 year old, still working about twelve hours a day and never get ill -- not even a cold or flu.

And I can still read the small print without glasses.

So I guess, I'm living proof that old Hippocrates was right.
